Wilmington, Ohio Has a Better Idea on Young Professionals Retention and Attraction

Over several decades Wilmington, Ohio, like many rural communities, has observed a decreasing of both young professional age groups and educational attainment rates. The need to reverse these trends has economic and community development implications for the community and each of the partnering institutions. As a result of this program, each partnering institution has committed new, unique resources that will be targeted at the goal of retaining and attracting young professionals in Wilmington.
