Tri-C’s Youth Technology Academy

The Tri-C Youth Technology Academy (YTA) is a one-of-a-kind, STEM-focused high school program designed to train students for the technical workforce. It serves over 600 students representing 18 schools.

Program Requirement:

  • In-School Youth, ages 14-18

Program Elements:

  • Robotics curriculum developed by Carnegie Mellon University, in combination with engineering and manufacturing coursework at Tri-C
  • Comprehensive tutoring
  • Mentorship from professional engineers and technicians
  • Paid internships
  • Soft skills training
  • State, Local, National and International Competitions
